Authorisation is obligatory for all types of educational institutions in order to carry out educational activities and to issue an educational document approved by the state.

The National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (NCEQE) launched Seminar Series “Conversations on Education”. The seminars aim at establishing a platform that would facilitate discussions around the urgent issues in education; the seminars will focus on educational theories while bridging theory and practice in education.
On December 3-4, 2014 Tbilisi will host the Regional Torino Process Conference of the Eastern Partnership, organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. The Conference is supported by the European Training Foundation (ETF) and the Office of the State Minister of Georgia on European & Euro-Atlantic Integration.
The National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (NCEQE) signed a cooperation memorandum with the Georgian Employers’ Association. The memorandum was signed by Elene Jibladze, Director of NCEQE and Elguja Meladze, President of the Association.
On December 18 – 21, 2014 Tbilisi will host the WorldSkills Georgia’s Second National Competition in six skilled professions such as welding, web-design, cooking, restaurant service, floristics and hairdressing.
