The public institution, following the law, defines the need for a professional public official professional development, according to the results of its needs analysis and the assessment of public officials. The need for professional development of a public official is the basis for the development of knowledge and skills required by the public official to ensure the establishment of a high professional standard and consistent operation of the public institution. With this purpose, the public institution assures officials participation in professional development programs (primary or additional).
The quality control (Accreditation) of the Professional Development Program of the public official will provide LEPL - National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.
