Procurement and Logistics Division
Key functions of Procurement and Logistics Division are:
- Planning and implementation of state procurement in accordance with applicable legislation of Georgia and internal regulations of the NCEQE;
- Monitoring and analysis of state procurement processes;
- Preparing contracts related to procurement and monitoring the fulfilment of contract conditions;
- Presentation of reports on current state procurement;
- Planning, supplying, storage, distribution, accounting, maintenance and renewal of material and technical resources of the NCEQE according to the legislation of Georgia and internal regulations of the NCEQE;
- Warehouse management;
- Planning and implementation of the inventory process of material values on the balance of the NCEQE;
- Management of the auto park of the NCEQE and organize the necessary works for its functioning, as well as monitor the performance of the drivers;
- Ensure proper functioning of communication and electronic technologies;
- Maintenance of the property of the NCEQE.
