HR Division
Key functions of the Human Resources Division are:
- Managing personnel policy of the NCEQE in accordance with the legislation of Georgia and the regulations governing the internal activities of the NCEQE;
- Organizing the process of attracting and selecting human resources and preparing employment contracts;
- Administration of personnel documentation;
- Developing and managing staff personal files;
- Organize and implement the staff assessment process;
- Initiate and organize the activities necessary for the promotion of corporate culture and professional development of employees;
- Organizing and managing the internship process;
- Monitoring the fulfillment of obligation by the employees arising from the internal regulations of the NCEQE;
- Preparation of relevant documentation for remuneration of employees;
- Promoting the selection and work of experts in collaboration with the relevant structural units of the NCEQE.
