Vocational educational institution or general/higher education institution, which has obtained the right to vocational education programs, may at any time request to increase the total number of vocational students by presenting the application of increasing the number of professional students.

The marginal amount of seats for vocational students is the sum of marginal amount of student seats defined by each professional educational program.
Consequently, increasing of student seats on each vocational educational program will automatically increase the overall marginal amount of vocational students.

In case of implementing vocational education programs by the general or higher education institution, the marginal number of vocational students is determined separately from the marginal number of pupils and students.

The period of administrative proceedings for increasing the marginal number of professional students is 90 calendar days.
The fee is paid on the account of the center.
